- Warranties: 10–20-year panel performance, 10-year battery, 5-year inverter, and 2-year workmanship warranty, all written into the quotation.
- Permits, net-metering application fees, and grid-upgrade charges are excluded unless expressly stated.
- Design and installation comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PESC) and applicable DOE regulations.
